The Shingler Group was founded in 2024 by Garrett Shingler. In 2019, he began handling operations for the largest land development company in the country. Garrett moved to York, PA, from his family’s farm in Western Maryland in 2021. He earned his Maryland real estate license in April 2021 and his Pennsylvania license a month later. Within just five months, he helped 13 families find homes in both Maryland and Pennsylvania.

Garrett spent his first two years working with buyers and sellers, and by his third year, he had helped more than 40 families. In 2023, he accepted a role as a Real Estate Coach. While traveling and learning from top agents and coaches across the country, he mentored over 40 agents. Soon after, Garrett decided to build his own brand, sharing the knowledge he had gained over the years. His goal was to create something that could transform the lives of both his agents and clients—just as real estate had changed his own life.
